The Opportunity
Real estate is transactional and optimized for speed, not feeling. Oase Co., a collective of photographers, set out to create something different and turn that ethos on its head. They believed homes should capture how you live, not just where you live.
My Role
Brand strategist and copywriter, leading brand positioning, voice, and website copy from scratch. Design and visual identity by Jack & James Creative.
The Idea
Real estate listings didn’t need more MLS photos — it needed magazine quality imagery that helps potential buyers see themselves in the space. I positioned Oase as a real estate content collective for the visual age, blurring the line between real estate and architectural photography.
Why It Matters
Oase didn’t just launch with a look — it launched with a perspective. By treating each property as a brand of its own, the collective carved out a new space in a saturated market where quality, storytelling, and creativity could lead.
What I Led
Brand positioning, mission, vision, and promise
A brand guide to ensure consistency as the collective grows (mantras, style vocabulary, personality)
UI web copy
The Results
Launched with a clear, differentiated point of view in a saturated market
Attracted design-forward agents, creatives, and collaborators aligned with the brand ethos
